Our services are designed to fit your specific family needs. You may be wondering what services we are able to provide for your family, and how our services can effectively help with your current situation.

Personal Care Services/ In Home Care

• Personal Care Assistant (Basic):
• This includes personal care for the individual which includes:
• Bathing Assistance
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Hygiene Assistance
• Assistance with Toileting
• Personal Care Assistant (Advanced):
• RN supervised personal care, includes but is not limited to:
• Catheter Care/Ostomy Care
• Medication Reminders
• Transfer Assistance
• Feeding Tube Assistance
• Assistive Device Assistance
• Homemaker Chore Services:
• Non-medical support services which includes activities of daily living such as:
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal Preparation
• Errands or Transportation
• Respite Care:
• Short-term or temporary care of a few hours or weeks to provide relief, or respite, to the regular caregiver, usually a family member. 
• Residential Supported Living:
• Comprehensive habilitation service designed to support individuals with disabilities with self-sufficiency out in the community. 
• Individuals receiving supported living services may reside in any non-institutional setting. 
• Personal Assistant: (people with disabilities)
• Assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement of self-help, socialization and adaptive skills. 
• Supported Employment:
• Ongoing support services in order to help someone with a disability perform their job.
